Shipping + Pickup Policy

We’re a small North Vancouver studio, and most of what we make is built to order. We treat every order like it’s art (because it is), which means we’d rather deliver carefully than rush carelessly.

Pickup (free)

Free pickup in North Vancouver.

Once your order is ready, we’ll message you with pickup details. Bonus: you might get a coffee and a studio tour if you catch us at the right moment.

Vancouver-area delivery

Delivery is currently arranged directly with us (it’s not selectable at checkout while we fine-tune logistics).

If you’d like delivery, reach out and we’ll coordinate the details with you.

We offer Lower Mainland delivery every other Monday for orders of $450 and up at a flat rate of $50 + tax.

For outer Vancouver areas, dedicated trips, or specific timing requests, contact us and we’ll work out what’s possible.

Whistler, Vancouver Island, and the Okanagan

We’re out there often and can bring larger orders when we’re already traveling. Reach out for timing and pricing and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Courier shipping 

We’re now rolling out courier shipping so we can serve artists farther out. Currently, we offer delivery up to and including Manitoba for a flat rate of $35.

For larger or oversized works (36" and above), we may need to reach out to adjust for additional shipping costs. If those costs end up being higher than expected, we’re more than happy to issue a full refund—no pressure.

Our goal is to keep shipping as accessible as possible while ensuring your work is treated with the same care we’d give it ourselves.

Production time

Because most items are made to order, production times vary by product and size. Each product page includes an estimated turnaround, and we’ll always keep you in the loop if anything changes.

Important notes

Custom sizes and made-to-order items are final sale unless there’s a workmanship issue. If something arrives damaged, contact us right away with photos and we’ll make it right.

For large or delicate orders, we’ll always choose the delivery method that keeps your work safe (and we’ll tell you if something needs special handling).
